10:53 AM

Today is the grand reopening at Wal-Mart. The renovations aren't done yet. Luckily for me, I only have one more day of work this week. And hopefully that means the end of night shifts.

It's been extraneously hard to garner the energy to get out of bed, let alone work hard for 8 and a half hours each night. My biology is attuned to the daytime, not night. No matter what I do to relax in bed, keep myself warm and comfortable, sleep this way, sleep that way, I'm always dead tired when my alarm rings at 8:30 every night. I end up staying in bed and hitting the snooze button over and over until 10:40, which is ten minutes before I have to leave for work. My diet hasn't changed at all, though I've been dying for a burger and fries.

Thankfully, I get paid at midnight tonight. Hell, I don't even know if I have to actually go to work tonight or not. The renovations aren't done as I mentioned, but I haven't done one thing this week at work that is renovation-related. All I've been doing is hauling products out from the back, hauling stuff back to the back, and between those two things, putting stuff on the shelves for all you wonderful citizens to buy. That's right, I work a hard and miserable shift so you don't have to.

I just don't want to work that shift anymore. (Most of) The people are great, it's just the shift I have distaste for. A STRONG distaste. Strong. Distaste. Very strong distaste. Moving on.

I have a ton of games for my Game Cube that I haven't played all the way through yet. I'll list all the games I have. Here's the legend to the list.

Bold: Games I've fully completed
Italics: Games I've not fully completed (Uncompleted portion given)
Underlined: Games I've completed, but have not fully explored for one reason or another (Reason given)

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem

F-Zero GX
(Haven't completed the Very Hard settings and some of the Hard settings in the Story mode, haven't unlocked the cars indigeonous to the Story Mode, and haven't unlocked the AX Grand Prix)

Resident Evil
(Haven't tried the Survival or Invisible Enemy modes)

Resident Evil 0
(Haven't unlocked all the weapons you get as bonuses for good times. My best is still over 5 hours. Ack.)

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
(Haven't completed the second quest as I'm in the middle of it. Also, haven't found all the items/ heart pieces/ etc.)

Super Mario Sunshine
(Haven't gone through the game a second time to get Mario in a Hawaiian shirt, also didn't do one mission in the village because I went right to the end.)

Metroid Prime
(Gone through normal and hard modes, just haven't found all the missile expansions.)

Rogue Squadron 2: Rogue Leader
(Completed all the main missions and have seen the ending, just have one more mission to unlock, as well as becoming good enough to earn gold medals in all missions)

Rogue Squadron 3: Rebel Strike
(Have to get all the tech upgrades and earn medals since I only have a few bronze and silvers)

Spider-Man
(Deleted my save file, so playing through the game again. Gotten all the techniques, but not unlocked all the bonuses)

Soul Calibur 2
(Just a few things left to unlock, like the Arcade opening)

Beach Spikers Virtua Beach Volleyball
(Have to unlock some special costumes, as well as finish crafting my teams)

Super Smash Bros. Melee
(Haven't completed all the modes with all the characters, and still have a great number of trophies to unlock)

Starfox Adventures
(Haven't yet completed my first time through)

Viewtiful Joe
(Haven't finished it yet)

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
(Finished the game with one of the four turtles)

Dragonball Z: Budokai
Finished the Story Mode and beaten all World Tournament modes. Just have to unlock moves for some characters and get 3 more Dragonballs)

Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance
(Beaten all modes with all characters, just have to unlock some things in the Krypt)

NHL 2004
(Have yet to complete one season and unlock the, well, unlockables)

Of all my games, I've only fully completed one?! Holy crap, I've got some work to do. And to top it off, I plan to get Mario Kart Double Dash this weekend, as well as Resident Evil Code: Veronica X in December.

Anyway, love to my precious paramour, despite our seperation at the moment, and hugs to all my friends.

Send happy thoughts my way so I can get a day shift instead of nights, please.
