4:47 PM I just called work about the day time bailing position. The personel manager, Marilyn, said that she would talk to one of the higher ups tomorrow. No promises though, which sucks. I'm hanging in there... barely.
Tuesday, December 02, 2003 9:55 AM It's been 8 days now. Being a night time worker has had its toll on me, and it hasn't been pretty. No matter how much or little I rest and sleep for night shifts, I cannot get out of bed without feeling heavy, depressed, and incredibly exhausted. Instead of going into work and telling personel that I want to change shifts, I have simply chosen to avoid work altogether. It tears me apart inside that I am just avoiding things, instead of working to fix them. So today, I am going to call the store, see if I still have a job, and ask to become a daytime bailer. I like working the bailer there, and I know how to use it. I hope for the best.
