General History:
“They think I’m a murderer. But they don’t know what I’ve seen…”
Charlotte’s mother died in childbirth. Her father raised her for two years until he had an accident in their home, and broke his neck falling down the stairs. Charlotte went up for adoption several times – the people in her adoptive families suffering from horrible bouts of bad luck, accidents and deaths.
At 14 after another accident to her adopted family, Charlotte ran away. Even living on the streets, everyone Charlotte went – bad things happened.
Notes; Something strange happened while Charlotte was in her mother’s womb. Now Charlotte is some sort of beacon for evil creatures. They are attracted to her and in the process end up killing/hurting the people around her. People at the Agency started thinking she was deranged and hurting people herself. They were considering putting her in a mental institution before she ran away.
Present Life:
Now, Charlotte is trying to figure out why these things always happen. She wants a way to make it stop.
