Current Goal/Purpose: Make enough money to eat. It would be nice to make enough money to buy some land and house, but normal people don’t get happily ever afters!
General Personality: Paige is a little bit bitter about how her life turned out. She thought she was going to have one of those fairy-tale stories that seems to be so damned common, but instead of being rescued by her true love, she was left to fend for herself while everyone else moved on. Now she’s a homeless singing bard, and can barely even make enough money to get something to eat at night, so she’s really down on life. She’s suspicious of everyone’s intentions, and prefers to be left alone if they’re not going to be tossing her some money.
General History:
Paige was a happy daughter to her farming parents. She was engaged to a boy from the neighboring farm, and making plans for their wedding! Life was pleasant, happy and wonderful! Of course, one day a witch say them happy together in the forest and as the witch had done to so many other couples, Paige was kidnapped and turned in to a bird. She, like so many other girls, were birds waiting for their true loves to come and save them from the wicked witch!
One day a boy came to save his girl, and he succeeded! When the witch died, the curse was broken and all of the girls were free to go back home! Paige ran back home thinking her man was there waiting for her return… to find out that he had married someone else. To make matter worse, even her parents had given up on her and moved away to some vacation town for old people. She didn’t have a place to live or a penny to her name.
Paige did the only thing she could – tried to survive! All she seemed to be able to do was sing, so she sang songs for money until she could afford a lute and some other personal items. Now she continues to travel as a singing bard.

The woman had a sick obsession with collecting young women and kept them at her home in the form of birds. She snatched up Paige while he betrothed went running for safety.
Like so many other girls trapped in cages and singing for their meals, Paige waited for her love and family to come to the rescue! Days turned to weeks, weeks to months, and months to years. The Sorceress went undefeated, adding more girls to her collection for almost 150 years.
