Appearance:
Personality: A gentle, graceful, and benevolent woman. She is the epitome of what makes a good queen. With great patience, she can be quietly commanding. Nothing ever seems to ruffle her poised exterior, but if you look closely, you might see a twinkle of amusement or glint of anger. Saphira has strong opinions about responsibility of power, impressions based on appearance, and the reputation of her family and kingdom. She believes in self sacrifice and might occasionally border on being annoyingly righteous about “what is best”.
Powers: Stemmed from serenity, light (moonlight, sunlight) and the earth itself. A lady does do not battle, but that doesn’t stop her from knowing how to wield a rapier.
History: Born and bred to be a nice Lady, Saphira has always been part of the upperclass of society. Yet, there were moments she tried to “escape”, giving in to wild urges to find herself adventure, fight for the country, or just do anything other than what she was supposed to do. Made her parents very angry, but she was very good at making it up to them!
After the war and a new King was appointed, there was a bit of a contest. The King was going to choose a wife and to help sooth her angry parents, she volunteer to go be part of the Princess Parade. Lucky her, she was Mordecai’s chosen Queen! The weight of the kingdom on her shoulders, Saphira took this to heart. All of her wild energy she put in to what was best for King and Country. She loves her husband, her child, and the land she keeps.
