General Appearance: Long black hair, twisted in a loose pony tail. Green eyes. Her clothing seems in be in an odd style between “Pretty Princess” and “Evil Witch”. A dark rose dress in a crushed velvet, gold & silver trim, with little embroidered details like lilies and stars around the sleeves and hem of the skirt. Her cloak sports hanging sleeves, a heavy hood, and in a deep shade of emerald green. Around her neck is a gold flat chain necklace with an oval shaped amulet. It’s center is a dark red stone.
Driving Plot: Revenge. Although she can’t seem to decide if it’s revenge for her own benefit or if she’s going to help others.
General Personality: Ebony was once the picture of a model princess. Charming, sweet, generous, and optimistic! Of course, tens years as a swan and coming home to find out you’re dead could change anyone’s perspective. Ebony is bitter about how her life turned out, and second guessing her decisions in life. Having spent way too much time with “bird brains”, she’s not so patient or kind anymore. Occasionally she’ll get down right rude. Carrying herself with the superiority of a Queen, she’s less and less like a little princess and more like the Enchantress.
General History:
Once upon a time there was a beautiful ebony haired princess. She was the apple of her father’s eye and the future heir to the kingdom. One day she met a very handsome prince, they fell in love and were engaged to be married! Come her sixteenth birthday, the King and his daughter were out on a carriage ride before the great surprise party that was going to be held at the Prince’s castle. The Queen and the princess’ little sister were already there waiting.
But then, their carriage was attacked by an evil sorcerer who just didn’t like anyone traveling on HIS roads. The carriage was destroy, the king died, and poor Princess Ebony was kidnapped away. She found herself turned in to a black swan and dropped off at a lake with a large collection of other cursed swans. The sorcerer was a strange one.
Years and years went by. Occasionally someone would show up trying to rescue a swan, only to be killed by the sorcerer. Finally after 10 years had passed, a prince showed up to rescue his princess! The sorcerer was defeated, all the swans became girls again, free to go home! While the Prince was giving his heartfelt speech of love to his princess, Ebony had picked up the amulet the dead sorcerer had left behind, making sure no one else of evil would get their hands on it.
Given an escort home by that shining couple, Ebony returned to her kingdom… to find out everyone assumed she was dead. Her prince had married her sister instead. Now she’s torn between wanting revenge on the people that said they loved her, and her conscience!
